All products will be processed within 1-2 business days of the purchase. Please allow 1 week for USA delivery. The cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of your order. With respect to international shipping, we do offer this service at a higher shipping rate.
British customers and customers outside the United States may pay import fees if UPS Worldwide Saver shipping is selected or sometimes also through UPS or DHL.
Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For returned products that qualify, we do not refund shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
