Wear 1 patch for up to 72 hours
Remove the patch for a minimum of 24 hours off your body
The cycle of 3 days and 1 day off
Use until all 12 patches are completed

The Detox Patch are worn for 3 days then removed for a 24 hour period. Then a New patch must be applied.
